Love the Foccacia

Yummylicious foccacia...on it's own, or with olive oil & balsamic dip or even for a sandwich. The texture of the bread is soft too. Simply loved it ❤️

I couldn’t get enough of it. It’s everything a focaccia should be. I ate it with sautéed onions and Portabello mushrooms or just dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Made sandwiches for my lunch using the foccacia. Was such a fulfilling and satisfying lunch. Had the balance for breakfast the next few days. The loaf size was generous and the bread was soft and airy.
